## What users report

Ratings on platforms are not representative and sometimes manipulated; they never count as evidence for facts. People mostly write when something goes wrong: hardly anyone posts “KYC was easy and worked right away”, but ten users with verification problems do, often because a step was missed. So we never weigh criticism on its own, only against other offers in the same category. Only the average ratings on App Store, Google Play and Trustpilot count towards our score, damped and compared within the category. Single reports and community posts do not, so the score cannot be swayed by bought reviews.

- App Store · 5 of 5 stars · 27 Oct 2026: „…
- App Store · 5 of 5 stars · 26 Oct 2026: „О скорости интернета Купил подписку премиум и получил очень качественный впн, при нем скорость интернета вообще не падает“ [Read on App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id1600529900?see-all=reviews)
- App Store · 5 of 5 stars · 15 Oct 2026: „…
- Trustpilot · 5 of 5 stars · 6 Feb 2026: „…I set up several servers with varying specs; everything deployed quickly and worked fine. However, at some point, Gemini stopped working. I had to go back to Amnezia Premium, it offers plenty of locations, so I can always find one that works with all the services I need…“ [Read on Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/6985c3f4757270cd9c46be5e)
