## Apps and community

- [Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/njal.la): 1.7 / 5 (88 ratings, 1 Nov 2026)

## What users report

Ratings on platforms are not representative and sometimes manipulated; they never count as evidence for facts. People mostly write when something goes wrong: hardly anyone posts “KYC was easy and worked right away”, but ten users with verification problems do, often because a step was missed. So we never weigh criticism on its own, only against other offers in the same category. Only the average ratings on App Store, Google Play and Trustpilot count towards our score, damped and compared within the category. Single reports and community posts do not, so the score cannot be swayed by bought reviews.

- Trustpilot: 1.7 / 5 (88 ratings, 2026-11-01)

### Experience reports

Quotes from original reviews, chosen by rule: short reviews in full, longer ones shortened (… marks cuts). Positive and negative in the ratio of the platform stars, without names; the full review is behind the link.

After just a few days, my domain's nameservers were silently reverted back to Njalla's defaults without any action on my part, my VPS was stopped, and I completely lost the ability to manage my own services.…“ [Read on Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/6ab3a5a8e39fc2e44efe6819)
- Trustpilot · 1 of 5 stars · 22 Sep 2026: „…They took my money and 3 weeks later they said my account was suspended. New said why, after we ask why. Never refunded my money. They are the worst customer services around.“ [Read on Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/6ab2a476018fd2cab3e67967)
- Trustpilot · 1 of 5 stars · 8 Sep 2026: „…I purchased 7 domains from them, and because there was a policy issue with just ONE domain, they suspended my ENTIRE account and took down all 7 domains. … Their support simply says "we suspend entire accounts", showing zero common sense or customer care.…“ [Read on Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/6aa05ad9965d70c4530b3134)
