- [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=zone.trust.vpn2): 4.6 / 5 (826 ratings, 31 Oct 2026)

## What users report

Ratings on platforms are not representative and sometimes manipulated; they never count as evidence for facts. People mostly write when something goes wrong: hardly anyone posts “KYC was easy and worked right away”, but ten users with verification problems do, often because a step was missed. So we never weigh criticism on its own, only against other offers in the same category. Only the average ratings on App Store, Google Play and Trustpilot count towards our score, damped and compared within the category. Single reports and community posts do not, so the score cannot be swayed by bought reviews.

- App Store: 4.3 / 5 (163 ratings, 2026-10-31)
- Google Play: 4.6 / 5 (826 ratings, 2026-10-31)
- Trustpilot: 4 / 5 (25 ratings, 2026-10-31)

- App Store · 5 of 5 stars · 5 Oct 2026: „…Almost every VPN demands your credit card info upfront, hoping you’ll forget to cancel before the auto-renew hits. Trust.Zone v2 was a breath of fresh air—I got a full free trial without entering a single payment detail“ [Read on App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id6743800308?see-all=reviews)
- Trustpilot · 5 of 5 stars · 30 Sep 2026: „…I always thoroughly test every server not only for ping and speeds, but also for IP cleanliness and its ability to access IP-sensitive services. Most of the servers are clean, and the speeds are good. Both the Windows and Android apps are solid and functional, but manual configs work great in third-party clients as well.…“ [Read on Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/6abd2585f7682231e24f1a53)
- App Store · 5 of 5 stars · 23 Sep 2026: „…The addition of proper website split tunneling is an absolute game changer for me. I can route my torrents and specific browsers through the secure tunnel while keeping my banking apps and Netflix on my local ISP connection so they don't block my access. WireGuard implementation is solid with zero battery drain on my Galaxy S24 Ultra.…“ [Read on App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id6743800308?see-all=reviews)
- Trustpilot · 5 of 5 stars · 7 Aug 2026: „…I had some issue recently that I blamed on them but they quickly investigated and found the issue (very short term network interruptions) lay outside their network. They suggested a workaround which works well and they were happy to provide additional help to deal with a specific requirement. The technical support was truly 1st class.“ [Read on Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/6a757473de9cc9fef827d583)
- Trustpilot · 1 of 5 stars · 26 May 2026: „…After extending my subscription for 3 months I wasn't able to connect via socks5 protocol anymore. I had opened a support ticket on 6 May 2026 and did never receive a reply … So the first 20 days of my subscription are already lost.“ [Read on Trustpilot](https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/6a15f6f19967f052f5b91a89)
- App Store · 5 of 5 stars · 17 Nov 2025: „it worth money I game on mobile and also stream 4K episodes on my iPad. With Trust.Zone, ping stayed low, buffering was minimal, and geo‑blocks were gone. If you’re into streaming or gaming, it worth money“ [Read on App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id1475638796?see-all=reviews)
