Card, bank or other payment methods are not offered. No email, phone number or KYC is required.
Price: 3.00 USD per month; the lowest effective monthly price on the yearly plan is 2.25 USD. One subscription covers 5 devices. There is no free plan and no free trial, and there is no money-back period: according to the terms, sales are generally final because payments settle on-chain; support will try to help with genuine technical failures.
Technology: There is no own Black Cat app. You import the subscription into third-party open-source clients (e.g. sing-box, Hiddify) on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android. The protocols are VLESS-Reality, Hysteria2 (with port-hopping and Salamander obfuscation) and AmneziaWG, an obfuscated WireGuard variant – all aimed at networks with deep-packet inspection and censorship. Servers are located in Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Finland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Poland and the United States.
Privacy: The privacy policy states: "Our VPN nodes do not keep connection or traffic logs, no browsing history, no DNS logs, no per-connection records." Stored are the subscription record, the on-chain payment reference and the invoice receiving address; how long payment data is kept is not published. The no-logs claim has not been confirmed by an independent audit, and the provider does not describe RAM-only servers. The website uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
