Cypher VPN is a config-based VPN that is paid only in crypto. There is no app of its own: you scan a QR code or paste a subscription link into third-party clients such as Happ, Streisand, v2rayBox or AmneziaVPN. Instead of a signup form you get a randomly generated login and password, so no email or phone number is needed.
Pricing and payment. The entry price is 4.99 USD per month; a 12-month order totals 39.99 USD. Every period includes 5 devices at once. Accepted coins are BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL, TON and XMR, with USDT on TRC-20, BEP-20, Arbitrum and Solana. Cards, PayPal and Apple Pay are not accepted. There is a short free test, but no free plan. Refunds are limited to a connection guarantee: if you cannot get connected shortly after paying and support cannot fix it, the payment is refunded in the coin you paid; a change of mind is not covered.
Censorship and network. The service is built for filtered networks: VLESS/Reality makes traffic look like an ordinary HTTPS visit to a site you pick (Apple, iCloud, Bing, Amazon or Yahoo), and AmneziaWG hides the WireGuard handshake that DPI looks for. The provider says effectiveness depends on how aggressively a network filters. Servers are in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Finland, Romania and the US; the provider says they run on hardware it controls and that there are no virtual locations. P2P is allowed on the Netherlands and Romania locations. A dedicated address is available on request via Telegram, which is also the only support channel.
Privacy. The privacy policy lists connection timestamps under what is not logged: "Not when you connect, disconnect, or for how long." Data that does exist is limited to a per-key traffic counter held in RAM and a payment transaction reference that is deleted once the key is credited; web server logs are rotated out within a day. The site uses no third-party analytics. A warrant canary is published on the servers page. The no-logs policy has not been independently audited, which the provider states itself, and the servers are not described as RAM-only.
