Kovra VPN is a small VPN service built on VLESS + REALITY, a protocol setup that makes the connection look like ordinary HTTPS traffic. Kovra has no app of its own: you import a subscription link into the third-party clients Happ or INCY on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or TV. Servers are listed in Germany, Finland, the United Kingdom, Kazakhstan, Poland, Russia, Sweden, Türkiye and the United States. BitTorrent is blocked on all servers.
Payment and signup. You can pay in crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, TON) or by card. Signing up through the Telegram bot needs no email and no phone number; the website signup uses an email address and a password.
Prices. One device costs unknown per month on the monthly plan; the multi-device plan costs more. On a 12-month term the multi-device plan works out to unknown per month. Payments are generally non-refundable once a plan is active; a refund is considered only if the service was not delivered because of a fault on Kovra's side.
Logging. Kovra's privacy policy says: "We do not keep logs of the websites you visit, the content of your traffic, or your DNS queries. We store only aggregate technical metrics (such as traffic volume per account and last-connection time) needed for billing and abuse prevention." The same policy lists the device IP when connecting to a node and a hardware identifier (HWID), kept for up to a year or until you reset the device. So this is not a strict no-logs service. Kovra has published no independent no-logs audit and makes no claim about RAM-only servers.
Censorship. VLESS + REALITY gets through on many networks that block WireGuard or OpenVPN. Kovra says it has not tested the service from inside China or Iran and that no protocol works on every network.
