Pangea VPN is a small, self-funded VPN built for networks that block VPNs. Every connection is a WireGuard tunnel wrapped in an anti-blocking transport (among them VLESS + REALITY, Cloak and Shadowsocks), tried automatically until one connects. The provider publishes guides for China, Russia, Iran and Turkey.
Price and payment. The monthly plan costs 5.49 GBP; the annual plan costs 27.99 GBP, which works out to 2.33 GBP per month. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. You can pay by card (via Stripe) or with crypto: the crypto checkout issues an invoice payable in Monero (XMR) or another coin. A crypto account needs no email – a generated account number is the only credential.
Logging. The no-logs page states: "Pangea keeps no record of what you do online: no browsing history, no DNS queries, no connection times, no bandwidth figures, no IP addresses." The connecting address is held in memory only while the tunnel is up. Stored are an email address (only for email or Google sign-up), payment records (kept for years for tax purposes) and one row per device. The claim has not been checked by an independent auditor; a monthly signed warrant canary is published.
Apps and servers. Native apps exist for Windows and macOS; the desktop app is open source (GPLv3). iPhone connects through Shadowrocket, native iPhone and Android apps are announced. Servers are rented machines (London, Amsterdam, Spain, New York, Singapore); they are not described as RAM-only. The apps include an always-on kill switch.
Trial and refunds. Card plans may come with a free trial for new subscribers and a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on the first card charge. Crypto purchases and renewals are excluded from refunds. There is no free plan. Support is by email.
