The monthly plan costs 4.99 EUR; the 12-month plan is billed at 35.88 EUR, which works out to 2.99 EUR per month. One account covers up to 5 devices at the same time. There is no free trial, but a 30-day money-back guarantee applies, with refunds requested by support ticket.
Protocols and apps: Xeovo supports WireGuard and OpenVPN, plus AmneziaWG and stealth proxy protocols (Shadowsocks, VLESS, VMess, TrojanGFW) meant for countries that block VPNs with deep packet inspection. Xeovo has no client app of its own: the official setup guides use third-party clients such as WireGuard, AmneziaWG, OpenVPN or v2rayN with configuration files from the Xeovo website. Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS are supported. P2P is allowed, with restrictions at some locations; dedicated IPs are not offered.
Privacy: The privacy policy states: "Xeovo enforces a strict no-logs policy. This means we keep no session usage logs of what you do online", and lists no logging of IP addresses, traffic, timestamps or DNS requests. Registration needs only a username and password; an email address is optional. Payment records (order number, method, status, expiry) are kept while the account is active. Xeovo publishes yearly transparency reports; the 2024 report lists one valid law-enforcement request with no data disclosed. No independent no-logs audit has been published, and RAM-only servers are not claimed.
