ZoogVPN is a VPN service that accepts crypto payments next to card and PayPal. The pricing page lists BTC, ETH, LTC, DAI, USDC and BCH, plus card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal and local methods.
Plans and prices. There is a free plan (limited to fewer devices than Premium) and a Premium plan. Premium costs 9.99 USD for one month, 39.99 USD for twelve months, and works out to 2.49 USD per month on the longest term. Premium covers up to 10 devices at the same time. There is no separate free trial; first payments are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, and crypto payments are not excluded from it.
Network and apps. ZoogVPN says it runs at least 100 servers. Its own apps cover Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, Android TV and routers, and there is a Chrome extension. Protocols are WireGuard, OpenVPN, IKEv2 and a proprietary protocol. The "Shadow" obfuscation feature is aimed at countries that censor VPNs. Desktop apps have a kill switch, ZoogVPN runs its own DNS servers with DNS leak protection, and P2P/torrenting is allowed. A dedicated IP is offered with Premium.
Privacy. Sign-up needs an email address and a password. The privacy policy says: "We strictly do not collect or keep any usage information on user activity, the websites or apps the user visits, timestamps, user IP addresses, or user log-in/log-out sessions." No independent no-logs audit is published. The policy does not say how long payment data is kept. The apps are proprietary (not open source), there is no claim of RAM-only servers, and the free Android app shows Google AdMob ads.
Support is available around the clock via live chat, email and tickets.

What users report
All reviewsRatings on platforms are not representative and sometimes manipulated; they never count as evidence for facts. People mostly write when something goes wrong: hardly anyone posts “KYC was easy and worked right away”, but ten users with verification problems do, often because a step was missed. So we never weigh criticism on its own, only against other offers in the same category. Only the average ratings on App Store, Google Play and Trustpilot count towards our score, damped and compared within the category. Single reports and community posts do not, so the score cannot be swayed by bought reviews.

Distinct authors in 90 days. Happy users mostly praise in general terms, unhappy ones name details, so single topics collect more criticism.
